Intro
Brookdale is situated close to Bury Town Centre. It is convenient for local bus routes and for access to Junction 2 of the M66 motorway.
The main building was erected in 1921 as St. Paul’s Methodist Institute. The home was opened in June 2001. The main house is home for 29 residents and there is a bungalow unit for 23 high dependency residents.
We offer two spacious and beautifully decorated lounge areas and one dining area, upstairs we offer a private visitors lounge. A four person lift is available.
We offer a choice of mainly single bedrooms, which meet the new required standards and two double bedrooms for those who wish to share. We encourage residents to personalize their rooms with T.V’s, telephones and furniture.
An enclosed garden area is available to residents and visitors too, with garden furniture and colourful hanging baskets.
The premises have a regularly maintained fire alarm system.
