In most cases we offer a free initial interview and to deal with your case on a 'NO WIN - NO FEE' basis. If you do not succeed recovering compensation you do not have to pay for the work we have undertaken on your behalf. If you do succeed, then in the vast majority of cases we recover our costs from your opponent. There are also other funding options available.
We are members of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and as such dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims.

We deal with everything from a simple divorce case to complex financial matters involving maintenance and significant assets including business and pensions analysis/claims.
We are recognised by the Law Society as specialists by our membership of their Family Law and Children Panels. We are also members of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) and adopt their policy of dealing with matters amicably wherever possible. We will always try to reach agreement by negotiation and agreement rather than conflict and confrontation. However, if we have to go to Court, we have the expertise to represent you in all situations. We offer public funding (formerly called Legal Aid) where clients are financially eligible. Alternatively we will advise you upon funding your case privately; we accept credit card payments if that is your preference.
