The Department for Transport has recently unveiled a £2.77billion investment package to rebuild and greatly expand Greater Manchester’s public transport infrastructure. A condition upon accepting this money is the introduction of a peak time congestion charge.

Greater Manchester Chamber are running a series of local events to give all businesses the opportunity to hear the full facts on the public transport improvements and proposed congestion charge – this is your chance to find our how the plans could affect you and your business!

Hauliers – A special extended session will be held on the 9th July at the Trafford event to discuss the needs and impacts of the proposals on the haulage and distribution sectors. All businesses are welcome.
