Man charged with brothel-keeping

A 51-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences relating to managing and controlling brothels.

Clive Ashton (born 06/04/57) of Bankhouse Road, Bury, has been charged with three offences of managing a brothel.

He has also been charged with controlling prostitution for gain, possessing and distributing Kamagra, a counterfeit and unlicensed version of Viagra, possessing amphetamine and possessing an offensive weapon.

Ashton is due to appear before Manchester City Magistrates' Court on Thursday 3 July 2008.
