Workshops celebrating Springtime.

Due to popular demand booking is necessary. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. We ask that that there is a minimum of 1 adult to 4 children. If you would like to bring a group to an activity at the Art Gallery or Museum this must be booked in advance.

In this one-day workshop come and investigate different aspects of portraiture using the Art Gallery’s collection and create your own self-portrait.

This all-day filmmaking workshop is an exciting new addition to Young Arties. Participants will learn the skills and have the opportunity to make a short film inspired by the gallery and museum collection. All equipment is provided.

Through the Eyes of A Child explores childhood toys and games and pastimes and
offers visitors a refreshingly different perspective on how to view art work and museum objects. The exhibition encourages young children to embrace their imagination and let loose their creative side...
